摘要: A single chip microcontroller (11) has a plurality of I/O ports (33, 35, 43, 45) which communicate directly and indirectly with an electrically programmable erasable read only memory array (61) used as program store circuit. The PEROM provides for fast erasing reprogramming, either from local host or remotely. alternative access routes to the store, thereby providing capability verifying microinstructions immediately after writing them, one at time. random memory, RAM (25), is also provided. like hard disk storage in microcontroller. low voltage power supply connected charge pump programming erase high array.
