摘要: Farm-to-School (F2S) programs are gaining attention for many reasons, one of which is the recognition that they could positively influence trend increasing prevalence childhood overweight and obesity. Of F2S have been evaluated, most demonstrated increased selection or intake fruits vegetables by students following incorporation farm produce into school salad bars, meal selections, class-based education.
