摘要: The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) suggests that adolescents children, both male female, are failing to meet the daily fruit vegetable consumption requirements (Kim et al., 2011; Upton 2012; Harris 2012). Other studies have shown with increased exposure availability of produce, students (K-5) tend consume more fruits vegetables (Cullen 2009; Evans purpose this study is identify whether Northwest Arkansas eleventh grade high school possess experience knowledge local produce agriculture. Out 1054 enrolled at three schools participated (Bentonville, Farmington, Lincoln) 50 were surveyed. Thus results presented as a case inform future work. In study, following found: 1.
