摘要: Four hundred and thirty-three managerial dyads were studied in order to test aspects of Graen's role-making model leadership. Subordinates' negotiating latitude was found be positively related their job satisfaction negatively problems, but uncorrelated with numbers hours spent working. Leaders' not significantly associated rated effectiveness subordinates. Other predictions from the also unsupported. Conceptual methodological suggestions for future research are offered.
