摘要: The quality of the leader–member exchange relationship is conceptualized in leader-member (LMX) theory as a determinant employees’ attitude and behavior. Likewise, organizational justice, which includes distributive procedural recognized an important commitment, satisfaction other outcome variables. Although LMX-work/organizational has attracted considerable research interest, role mediating variables such justice perception not been well examined. This paper reports findings study investigates how supervisor-subordinate determines turn job satisfaction, commitment turnover intentions. It expected that relationship-oriented society like Malaysia, dyadic would strongly influence behavioral tendencies. Data are collected from one food processing, pharmaceutical, two manufacturing companies located Malaysia. sample consists 154 executives, supervisors middle-level managers who volunteer to participate this study. results support hypothesis mediates LMX with Procedural found have full mediation effect LMX-outcome relationships. was partial case justice. suggest importance leader behavior justicein promoting minimizing intentions employees.JEL classification: D230, L200Key words: LMX, Organizational
