Organisational justice and employee work engagement: LMX as mediator

摘要: The paper examines the role that organisational justice plays in determining employees' work engagement and way quality of leader-subordinate relationship (LMX) mediates this association. Data was obtained from an airline company Middle East. sample consisted 218 employees several job levels who responded to a questionnaire measuring study variables. Results indicated distributive procedural perception promoted between leader subordinate higher contributed engagement. Among three factors, only interactional related employee found full mediation effect LMX on
