Organisational Culture and the Job Satisfaction-Turnover Intention Link: A Case Study of the Saudi Arabian Banking Sector

摘要: This study investigates the impact of organisational culture types on relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. A sample 258 frontline employees from 12 banks in Saudi Arabia participated a questionnaire survey conducted December 2011 February 2012. Participants perceived market as most dominant banks. The results indicate that levels intention varied across typology. four were positively significantly related to with clan showing strongest correlation followed by adhocracy, hierarchy type. In terms moderating effects satisfaction-turnover link, only showed significant effects. implications limitations these findings are discussed.
