摘要: An indirect fluorescent antibody technique (IFAT) was applied to serologically confirm the clinical diagnosis in 507 nephropathia epidemica (NE) suspected patients. Hantaan virus (HV), agent of Korean hemorrhagic fever, which is related NE agent, used as antigen. Both IgG and IgM reactions were detected. High levels antibodies HV common, even acute phase illness. Over a 5-year period, total 35% patients revealed HV, but this varied considerably different years. In 2 endemic areas serological confirmation 60%. 82% seropositive lived 4 areas. The bank vole (Clethrionomys glareolus) common all predominant 2. wood mouse (Apodemus sylvaticus) abundant other years with high population, number cases increased, peak October/November.
