摘要: Abstract This paper deals with the modeling of peak-period congestion and optimal pricing in a queuing network elastic demand. The approach employed our study is combined application space–time expanded (STEN) representation time-varying traffic flow conventional equilibrium techniques. Given demand function for trips between each origin–destination pair schedule delay cost associated destination, departure time route choice commuters variable tolls bottlenecks will be determined jointly by solving system optimization problem over STEN. Our STEN can deal general demand, allow treatment commuter heterogeneity their work start cost, hence make significant advance previous simple bottleneck models congestion.
