摘要: Muscle fatigue is often accompanied by an intracellular acidosis of variable size. The variability reflects the involvement different metabolic pathways, presence or absence blood flow and effectiveness pH-regulating pathways. Intracellular affects many aspects muscle cell function; for instance it reduces maximal Ca2+-activated force Ca2+ sensitivity, slows shortening velocity prolongs relaxation. However, not only change in which causes each above, there are important (e.g., failure release) do appear to be caused acidosis.
