摘要: We propose an opportunistic user association for multi-service HetNets aiming to guarantee quality of service (QoS) human-to-human (H2H) traffic while providing fair resource allocation machine-to-machine (M2M) traffic. classify H2H as primary and M2M secondary service. The is formulated optimization problem, which can be resolved by Nash Bargaining Solution (NBS). Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm enable network operators support without jeopardizing QoS
