Left ventricular aneurysm: comprehensive assessment of morphology, structure and thrombus using cardiovascular magnetic resonance.

摘要: AIM To demonstrate that cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) techniques provide unique and definitive information on the presence, location, size nature of left ventricular aneurysm pseudoaneurysm, presence thrombus viability myocardium. METHOD A retrospective study 27 patients with a final diagnosis or who underwent CMR at tertiary referral centre in period between 2000 2003. RESULTS In 7 cases correct true was confirmed; previously unsuspected identified; an pseudoaneurysm further 6 identified. CONCLUSION refined majority aneurysm, should be considered all confirmed suspected aneurysm.
