摘要: In this paper we review the luminescence properties of Pr3+-doped CaTiO3 phosphors, different methods sample preparation, and characterization materials by use techniques, for example X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission thermo-gravimetric analysis, atomic force microscopy. Solid-state, sol–gel (SG), combustion are most often used preparation. The high calcining temperature solid-state method can be reduced addition rare earth oxides (lanthanide series) Ln2O3 Lu2O3. By tetra-n-butyl titanates calcium nitrates as raw material in modified luminous samples optimized at lower sintering temperatures (600 °C) less time. SG procedures lead to substantial reinforcement red photoluminescence intensity so regarded best technique phosphor
