摘要: A enhanced photoluminescence red phosphor of CaTiO3:Pr,Al has been synthesized by a peroxide-based route (PBR) and high temperature sintering method. The synthesizing conditions have optimized in this work. effect boron on the preparation, structure, were studied X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), emission, excitation spectra at room temperature. emission is attributed to 1D2 → 3H4 transition Pr3+, excited energy comes from UV absorption host transfers 4f–5d band Pr3+. Also, studies include analysis charge compensation Pr3+ concentration effects. Compared with conventional solid-state reaction methods, PBR significantly lowered temperatures synthesis, shortened time, intensity.
