摘要: Movement of a putative florigenic promoter from leaves to buds was investigated in two cultivars mango (Mangifera indica L.) over flowering seasons through examination the minimum number on each stem necessary for floral induction and movement this component various distances isolated branches. The individual stems induce less than 1/4 cross-cut leaf per stem. moved donor bearing as few one five receiver located far down branches 100 cm Evidence suggests that occurs phloem more is available trees initiating shoots during cool, floral-inductive conditions subtropics.
