摘要: Abstract This study was conducted to elucidate the function of leaves and their role in alteration plant hormone homeostasis during potassium chlorate (KClO3) induced “off season” floral induction (FI) longan. KClO3 application had almost no effect on concentration gibberellins receptive apical lateral shoot meristems, whereas auxin IAA initially decreased, but later remarkably increased. The most significant changes caused by treatments an increase zeatin/zeatin-riboside (Z/ZR) type cytokinins (CKs) 8 days after treatment close buds as well tissue beneath these buds. 6–7-fold CK concentrations were greatly reduced absence (leaves removed between bud a girdle). A exception strong accumulation isopentenyl adenine/isopentenyl adenosine (iP/iPA) CKs wood bark defoliated shoots that isolated against rest functional tree girdle. iP/iPA, immediate precursors Z/ZR, together with Z/ZR (SAB) indicate may be involved biosynthesis CKs. Overall, results suggest play not restricted hormones also mobilization SAB newly flushing shoots.
