摘要: Nitroglycerin injection that is free of the customary organic solvents and has an extended shelf life at least 1 year, consisting essentially water, lactose, nitroglycerin. Sodium chloride or dextrose may be added during manufacture upon diluting with infusion. Commerically safe stable dispersion are assured by mixing lactose adsorbate, containing nitroglycerin, water high shear so no nitroglycerin droplets coalesce. Stability maintained filtering filling operations using nonreactive, nonleaching, nonadsorptive materials.
