摘要: Immune responses during infection with pandemic H1N1 2009 influenza A virus (2009-H1N1) are still poorly understood. Using an experimental model in ferrets, we examined the pathological features and characterized host immune by using microarray analysis, 2009-H1N1 A/California/07/2009 seasonal A/Brisbane/59/2007. Chemokines CCL2, CCL8, CXCL7 CXCL10 along majority of interferon-stimulated genes were expressed early, correlated to lung pathology, abruptly decreased expression on day 7 following A/California/07/2009. Interestingly, drop innate gene was replaced a significant increase adaptive for granzymes immunoglobulins. Serum anti-influenza antibodies first observed 7, commensurate viral clearance. We propose that pathology humans occurs phase immunity delay or failure switch may contribute morbidity mortality severe infections.
