摘要: Abstract Objectives The study aims to evaluate the difference in diffusion properties between high grade glioma and low by measuring total magnitude of tensor ( L ), its isotropic p ) anisotropic q components. Methods parameters , FA from tumor area, adjacent area corresponding contra lateral normal 30 49 were calculated. Chi square analysis was done find changes age sex. One Way ANOVA performed compare mean ROC curve confirm discriminative sensitivity. Results Major variation values observed different brain areas considered. Variation statistically significant Conclusion Measurement component value can be effectively correlated with grades used affected brain.
