摘要: Conjoined twins who are classified as craniopagus (joined at the cranium) have a rare congenital anomaly. Despite advances in surgical techniques and critical care, rate of complications death is still high among with total fusion which superior sagittal sinus shared. Here, we describe total-fusion 10 months age underwent successful separation performed by multidisciplinary team. Computer-aided design modeling three-dimensional printer, custom-designed cranial distraction constriction devices, intraoperative navigation were used. These allowed for an early harnessed regenerative capacity their young brains.
