Early ultrasound diagnosis of conjoined twins at eight weeks of pregnancy: A case report

摘要: Background Conjoined twins are a rare occurrence, and the majority of these malformations detected during second trimester screening. Case summary Herein we report case conjoined twins, which was diagnosed by ultrasound at 8 wk gestation normal 7 gestation. The two fetuses shared one heart were as thoracopagus twins. This is first pregnancy terminated electively 9 Because some congenital can be earlier, prenatal examination an early gestational stage cannot dismissed. Conclusion demonstrates that 7-8 might earliest period when ultrasound.
