摘要: The authors report a case of cephalopagus conjoined twin that was diagnosed at 29 weeks gestation despite the mother having had two ultrasounds done previously. fetus one head and face, fused thoraces, common umbilicus but pelvises sets genitalia. four normally formed legs arms. Antenatal ultrasound images are supplemented by post natal photographs. A review literature, clues to diagnosis possible causes missing this significant abnormality until 3rd trimester discussed. © 2010 Biomedical Imaging Intervention Journal. All rights reserved.
