摘要: PbS colloidal quantum dot (CQD)-sensitized inorganic–organic heterojunction solar cells fabricated by using the CQDs co-capped oleic acid (OA) and 1-dodecanethiol (DT) ligand showed better device stability with aging time under ambient conditions without encapsulation. Furthermore, performance is than cell from DT ligand. The enhancement of in OA systems investigated impedance spectroscopy. An upward displacement TiO2 conduction band, a consequent increase Voc, results improved when CQD are employed.
