摘要: TiO2@CdSe/CdS core–shell hollow nanospheres solar paint was successfully prepared via hard template and ion exchange method considering the match of their band gap. The outer layer TiO2 shell protects CdSe CdS from decomposition increases stability. diameters were uniformly around 600 nm with a thickness 70 nm. visible light absorption onset is 650 corresponding to bandgap 1.8 eV, showing red-shift when compared TiO2/CdS. can be directly used as paint. photoanode decorated by performs reliable photoelectric conversion efficiency ∼0.79% current density 6.6 mA cm−2.
