摘要: Abstract In vitro maturation and fertilisation has yet to be thoroughly investigated in the dog is work that required before gamete salvage programmes can established endangered canine species. Due differences which exist between reproductive function of Canidae other domestic species, requirements both oocyte spermatozoa may also differ, these remain established. The objective this study was investigate ability capacitated penetrate zona pellucida matured oocytes.
