摘要: Abstract Thermoelectric properties of graphene nanoribbons with periodic edge vacancies and antidot lattice are investigated. The electron–phonon interaction is taken into account in the framework Hubbard–Holstein model use Lang–Firsov unitary transformation scheme. electron transmission function, thermopower thermoelectric figure merit calculated. We have found that causes a decrease peak values shift positions closer to center bandgap. effects more pronounced for secondary peaks appear structures antidot.
