摘要: Abstract Transport through a nano-device in the presence of electron–phonon interaction has been studied by using unitary-transformation scheme together with non-equilibrium Green׳s function formalism. The non-interacting Hamiltonian is written within tight binding model and left/right electrodes are described wide-band approximation. between electrons mean-field Hubbard model. Our results indicate that both phonon-restricted phonon-assisted transport two different configurations graphene quantum dot occur. Also, screens electron–electron interaction, reduces spin polarization.
