摘要: Splenic injury is a well-known but rare complication of various abdominal surgical and invasive procedures, even cardiac surgery. The true incidence iatrogenic splenic trauma is, however, difficult to assess probably underestimated. Overt injuries diagnosed during surgery are usually immediately treated by splenectomy without imaging. This review focuses on missed that imaging following or an procedure.
