摘要: Le massage cardiaque externe reste le parametre predominant de toute reanimation cardiopulmonaire. En effet, les recommandations internationales insistent sur la preponderance l’hemodynamique par rapport a ventilation. De plus, nouvelles indications voient jour concernant dernier maillon chaine survie avec cœur arrete, don d’organes, l’interet coronarographie et l’angioplastie primaire tres precoce, voire per-massage externe. Dans ce cadre, il est difficile maintenir des compressions thoraciques manuelles efficaces une longue duree. celles-ci sont consommatrices personnel du fait l’obligatoire rotation pour limiter fatigue. automatise donc avancee extremement interessante l’arsenal disposition permettant d’optimiser options therapeutiques supplementaires, condition d’etre mis en place surveille equipes prealablement bien formees. Cependant, encore inconnues importantes qu’il faut absolument travailler preciser type connaitre son efficacite termes survie.
