摘要: An improved motion compensation decoding complexity model is proposed and its application to H.264/AVC reduction examined in this work. This considers a rich set of inter prediction modes H.264 as well the relationship between vectors frame sizes, which turn out be highly related cache management efficiency. encoder equipped with can estimate choose best mode meet constraint target receiver platform. The performance video are demonstrated experimentally.
