摘要: There are three types of the root canal sealers commonly used in clinical applications. They calcium hydroxide base (Sealapex), zinc oxide–eugenol (Canals), and epoxy-resin (AH Plus). Elutable substances degradation products from may gain access to periodontal tissue a number ways. The purpose present study was evaluate biologic effects on human oral cancer cell line (OC2). tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay cell's survival rate. DNA electrophoresis OC2 damage. results demonstrated that above sealers' rates dose-dependent increase (p<0.05). toxicity fresh mix group is higher than mixed after 24 h group. fragmentation sealer treated cells shows smear layer pattern gel. no damage found. regulated death not by apoptic change cells.
