摘要: Infectious diseases pose major socioeconomic and health-related threats to millions of people across the globe. Strategies combat infectious derive from our understanding complex interactions between host specific bacterial, viral, fungal pathogens. Lipid rafts are membrane microdomains that play important role in life cycle microbes. Interaction microbial pathogens with influences not only their initial colonization but also spread induction inflammation. Therefore, intervention strategies aimed at modulating assembly and/or regulating raft-directed signaling pathways attractive approaches for the. management diseases. The current review discusses latest advances terms techniques used study various pathological conditions provides updated information regarding during viral infections.
