摘要: Taurine participates in a number of different physiologic and biologic processes the kidney, often reflected by urinary excretion patterns. The kidney is key to aspects taurine body pool size homeostasis. This review will examine renal-taurine interactions relative ion reabsorption; renal blood flow vascular endothelial function; antioxidant properties, especially glomerulus; role ischemia reperfusion injury. In addition, plays cell cycle apoptosis, functions as an osmolyte during stress response. adaptation variations dietary intake regulation are described. Finally, protective function against several diseases reviewed.
