摘要: Abstract We established a theoretical model of 2 μm Tm 3+ :Ho co-doped silica fiber laser pumped by 1550 nm based on the rate-equation theory and performed numerical simulation using Runge–Kutta algorithm Newton–Raphson algorithm. The intracavity power distributions both pump supplied National Optics Institute in Canada (NOIC) were obtained. effects output reflectivity R 4 ( λ s ) at wavelength concentrations Ho performance analyzed. In order to achieve high power, optimal 0.13 was verified Tm:Ho ratio 1:2.4 proposed. Finally, better for optimized obtained than NOIC. This results will guide fabrication all-fiber lasers 1600-nm-band (1500–1750 nm) Er :Yb lasers.
