摘要: Abstract Oligodeoxynucleotides lead to translation arrest of complementary mRNAs in the wheat germ system by a degradation mRNA. In an attempt develop effective reverse genetic approach vivo, we demonstrate that injection short (15- 30-nucleotide) oligonucleotides into Xenopus oocytes leads complete both injected and endogenous means RNase H-like activity.
