摘要: [1] Ultrasonic interferometry measurements in conjunction with situ X-ray techniques have been used to measure compressional and shear wave velocities densities of MgSiO3perovskite (Mg-Pv) Mg0.95Fe0.042+Fe0.013+SiO3perovskite ((Mg, Fe)-Pv) the multianvil at pressures up 25 GPa temperatures 1200 K. Data for Mg-Pv are consistent previous studies (Mg, Fe)-Pv sample has almost identical properties Mg-Pv. The adiabatic bulk modulus,Ks, Fe)-Pv, however, is found be substantially lower than Mg-Pv, a refined value 236 GPa pressure derivative 4.7. It proposed that this lowKSvalue result from change elasticity Fe-bearing perovskite low <30 GPa. High temperature data recent models it shown obtained elastic not inconsistent mantle silicate Earth composition.
