摘要: Abstract A microsomal Mg-ATPase from the gastric mucosa of dog, cat and frog has a Km for ATP in region 20–25 μM by value this coefficient can be differentiated mitochondrial Mg-ATPase. The dog stimulated gramicidin, nigericin valinomycin KCl medium. This seems to located ion impermeable membrane vesicles hydrolysis driven changes outer pH observed. data are consistent with entry H+ ions across vesicle membrane.
