摘要: In vertebrate animals, the duration of storage viable spermatozoa in epididymis varies from a few hours birds to many months reptiles and bats. The available information on unusual composition epididymal luminal fluid is summarized, effect various constituents sperm motility described. Spermatozoa would probably be best stored an immotile state some may able inhibit mammalian during vitro. If this can then removed at time insemination, by changing different medium, such procedure allow room or even body temperature for extended periods.
