摘要: AbstractOver the past decade, transition scholars have argued that images of future (of what sort change is possible or probable, desirable undesirable) play a critical role in societal transitions, and there long-standing tradition analysis points out political significance visions future. This article explores politics sustainability transitions by looking at controversy surrounding prominent global energy report—the International Energy Agency's World Outlook—between 1998 2008/2009. A key theme this was Outlook's record on oil supply projections demonstrated bias towards preservation status quo.
