摘要: A highly sensitive hydrogen peroxide probe that takes advantage of the amplified fluorescence quenching conjugated polymers has been developed. The cationic polymer, poly(9,9-bis(6′-N,N,N-trimethylammonium-hexyl) fluorene phenylene) (PFP-NMe3+) and peroxyfluor-1 with boronate protecting groups (Fl-BB) are used to detect H2O2 optically. Without addition H2O2, absence electrostatic interactions between PFP-NMe3+ neutral Fl-BB keeps well separated from PFP-NMe3+, no occurs. In presence formation anionic quencher, fluorescein, by specific reaction results in strong therefore efficient absorption fluorescein overlaps emission which encourages resonance energy transfer (FRET) fluorescein. very good sensitivity, a detection range 15 600 nM. Since glucose oxidase (GOx) can specifically catalyze oxidation β-D-(+)-glucose generate is also realized as signal transducer.
