摘要: Abstract Plants with the crassulacean acid metabolism commonly present good adaptation to arid and semi-arid environments, but it highly depends on type of species. In this study, chlorophyll fluorescence, concentration inorganic organic solutes productive performance were evaluated along their relationships in different clones genera Opuntia Nopalea. The experiment was conducted from 2016 2018. Four genus evaluated: ‘Orelha de Elefante Mexicana’ (OEM), Africana’ (OEA), V19 F8; two Nopalea: ‘IPA Sertânia’ ‘Miuda’. arranged a randomised block design, six treatments three replications. following parameters measured when harvesting: initial, maximum variable fluorescence; quantum yield PSII (Fv/Fm); light-induction curves photochemical (ΔF/Fm’, qP, NPQ ETR); carotenoid content; carbohydrates; sodium (Na+) potassium (K+) morphometry; dry matter accumulation. values for effective (ΔF/Fm’) alterations quenching higher OEM clone (P
