摘要: 1 A simple mechanical procedure for the preparation of particle-bound Mg-ATPase is described. It represented at least 80% total ATPase activity, both in case aerobically and anaerobically grown yeast. When analyzed a sucrose gradient, from aerobic yeast sedimented with NADH-oxidase. or anaerobic showed 2 pH optima, as had been described localized carefully prepared purified mitochondria. Particle-bound pronounced oligomycin sensitivity. 2 Anaerobically synthesized low basal rate 7–10 μmoles P/10 min/mg protein. During O2-induction without growth, respiratory enzymes were induced simultaneously. Both inductions inhibited by acti-dione. 3 Aerobically grown, glucose-repressed similar to Progressive derepression during growth produced simultaneous increase cell respiration (30–270) activity (10–60). 4 Ethanol-grown cells constant high Qo2 60. 5 Regulation synthesis was strictly identical when measured two suggesting presence single mitochondrial ATPase. The possibility separate phosphorylating hydrolytic sites on enzyme discussed.
