摘要: Fur digitale optische Breitbandsysteme hochster Bitrate wird eine Empfanger-Eingangsstufe vorgeschlagen, bestehend aus einer GaInAsP/InP-Avalanche-Photodiode, einem Impedanzwandler und Kettenverstarker mit bipolaren Si-Transistoren in Basisschaltung. Empfangsseitig erlaubt diese Stufe Bitraten bis 6 Gbit/s. Bei Fehlerwar-scheinlichkeit von 10−9 betragt im Bereich λ=1,3 1,6 μm die minimale Empfangsleistung—29 dBm.
