摘要: A design technique is developed which apparently overcomes all the limitations of common-emitter transistor video amplifiers. This based on use impedance mismatch occurs between stages having alternate series and shunt feedback. It shown that realizable gain-bandwidth product in excess 0.9ωT, gain bandwidth are insensitive to parameter variations, large output voltages may be obtained. The equations for both a form particularly suited practical work, accurate despite their comparative simplicity. In addition main treatment, terminal multi-stage feedback loops considered detail, some aspects theory noise amplifiers discussed. Two complete examples described. These 20dB 25Mc/s amplifier 75Ω lines using two OC170 transistors, vidicon head-amplifier achieves 3 × 10−9 at input 5 Mc/s bandwidth.
