摘要: Professionals in different branches of the health care sector increasingly advocate a more flexible, individually-tailored type care. To fit with this trend, Job Innovation Model was developed The Netherlands. This model involves systematic introduction system personal caregiving. purpose present study, using pre-test-post-test quasi-experimental design, to evaluate effects implementation on work and perception direct caregivers persons mental retardation. Caregivers experimental group were found have adopted principles greater extent than their colleagues control group, as result, started methodically perceived clarity work. In addition, trend observed towards job satisfaction among result new model. No changes concerning burnout.
