摘要: In an 850-bed Dutch hospital a study was carried out to evaluate the effects of implementation form primary nursing on five job characteristics (viz. autonomy, responsibility, feedback/clarity, complexity/difficulty and demands) communication power processes in organization unit. The consisted three measuring moments: one pre-intervention (t1, March 1992) two post-intervention moments (t2, November 1992 & t3, May 1993). Primary introduced experimental units (the group) after t1. No changes were made control group. After t2, this quasi-experimental design changed, because also implemented original moment. research variables measured by means questionnaires. significant found for characteristics. Only improvement with team head decrease influence physicians patient care group improved line expectations. Changes amount different groups inconsistent what had been expected: according nurses management increased, whereas decreased patients did not change. other words, shift expected direction.
