摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNA) are a class of tiny non protein coding and regulatory RNA molecules about 18 to 26 nt in length. miRNA regulate gene expression via the degradation or translational inhibition their target mRNAs. Nucleotide sequences miRNAs highly conserved among various organisms; this forms key feature behind identification plant species by homology alignment. So far, little is known mulberry (Morus alba L.) species. In our study, computational method was used for detection miRNAs. A total six were identified. The may twenty-two potential targets, which predicted encode transcription factors that development, signaling, metabolism. To validate prediction mulberry, RT-PCR experimental performed five these found be expressed.
