摘要: A simplified, indirect radioimmunoassay is described for Escherichia coli, vaccinia virus, and herpesvirus. The antigens were affixed to glass cover slips; thus both the primary secondary reactions take place on slips, unbound antiserum easily separated from bound by rinsing. Rabbit or human immune sera reacted with antigens, complex was quantitated a reaction (125)I-indicator globulin (anti-rabbit anti-human). direct relationship between concentration (125)I absorption established. Variations in titers detectable, comparable complement fixation titers. Homologous heterologous distinguishable. method affords an objective, quantitative, qualitative evaluation of antibody, results are reproducible.
