摘要: Seven nitroxides of different structures were studied for the ability to prevent glycoxidation bovine serum albumin incubated with three monosaccharides (glucose, fructose, and ribose). Glycoxidation was estimated by fluorimetric parameters protein modifications (formation advanced glycation end products [AGEs], dityrosine, N'-formylkynurenine, kynurenine) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay AGEs. From among tested, (2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-1-yl)oxyl (TEMPO), 4-carboxy-TEMPO, 4-hydroxy-TEMPO offered significant protection against induced glucose while 3-carbamoyl-PROXYL not protective, enhancing glycoxidation. Lower observed ribose where only 4-amino-TEMPO showed some protection. Loss electron spin resonance signal during indicating occurrence free radical reactions in this process. These results suggest first time that may be promising compounds preventing
