Enfoque fundamental-empírico para estimar la evolución del índice de fusarium en trigo

摘要: Wheat head blight (caused by Fusarium graminearum (Schwabe) is a widespread highly risky disease. Its occurrence strongly depending on environmental variables and sporadic in the Pampas region. The objective of the study was to estimate progress of index (incidence% * severity% /100) during wheat critical infection period, using a meteorological based system which combined elements derived from fundamental and empirical approaches. Scatter graphs pairwise comparison t-test were used for examining goodness fit predicted values in comparison with observed ones (n=84) two locations region (Pergamino Marcos Juarez), several growing seasons. Successful Fusarium estimations achieved confirming suitability the developed forecasting.
